nirav284 Posted October 30, 2013 Report Posted October 30, 2013 My employer said that my I-140 is approved but did not provide me copy of that approval document. If I ask them to provide that document, they will surely not provide me but legally they have to provide it to me or not? If legally they have to provide it to me and still they refuse then what action I can take against them?
pontevecchio Posted October 31, 2013 Report Posted October 31, 2013 They do not have to provide you with that information.
Belle Posted October 31, 2013 Report Posted October 31, 2013 However, they will have to tell you the A number that you have been assgined. You should file and FOIA request.
