atm Posted October 30, 2013 Report Posted October 30, 2013 Hi, Can someone suggest the hotels that are near calgary consulate . which sites are better to look for deals..Also which would be safe for female.As its going to be snow season now,i dont want to get into trouble.So people who are already done with their interviews,please post your suggestions here and the means of transport that can be taken to the consulate.

h1emp1 Posted October 30, 2013 Report Posted October 30, 2013 You will go to the consulate once but may end up going to the Loomis location everyday to check on your passport. The passport arrives the loomis location in most cases before you get the email with your waybill number. So, there are a number of hotels on Barlow St NE between McKnight and 16th Ave. If you stay somewhere there you are closer to the Loomis location. Round trip to consulate will cost you $50 by cab. Eating options plenty on Barlow as well.
