learner2009
Hi, My current H1b visa is valid till next year i.e. 15th Feb 2014 to be precise. I would be flying tomorrow to India, & my co. is going to file for H1b extension in premium processing. If let's say my extension doc. ( I-797 ) comes in 20 days while i am in India, do I have to now go for visa stamping since i got a new extension document or probably i dont have to mandatorly go for stamping since my current visa is anyways valid till 15 Feb 2014, & it's kind of optional for me ?? -Learner Link to comment
