I don't see any reason to Hold you Visa, your visa is approved you can collect your visa within 2-3 day's, 

 

30Oct 4:47Pm Receive email from Loomis that they have my passport

 

31Oct 10:00am  they updated on my account that my passport is ready for pickup  

           2:pm Passport collected
