time frame to revoke H1B

HI everyone,

Am planing to go to India.As I am a full time employee I have only 2 weeks of vacation.I requested for another week, They said its not possible.If I take one more week as sick or some other reason.will they terminate my employemnt. If so is they revoke my h1B how long does it take.what are my risks.?

 

Please suggest Smthing .

If they terminate you it does not matter whether they revoke your H1B petition immediately or not, you cannot travel with that employer's I797.

If they fire you, you can NOT travel back.

Any attempt to do so would be immigration fraud, which would likely result in a lifelong ban!
