JoeF
There are lots of problems getting a visa with any EV..C model. It is best to avoid such a model. Link to comment
LMurthy
I'm also on EVVC model and my visa got approved on this Oct 25th. VO didn't asked anything about Vendor letters but he asked Client letter. I had all the Vendor and Client letters and each letter says that my 'Employer has control on my work'. So, in case if you can't cut a layer then please be sure that every letter should mention your Employer name and work control description. Link to comment

So what are the additional documents i need to carry from the layers?? The most important thing is to be able to show employer-employee relationship. Does your employer have a lawyer? Discuss the details with the lawyer. Link to comment
ragz
@murthyUS: thanks for the reply and congrats on your approval.. what questions vo asked about vendor layers?? if he asked what were planning to answer him?? where did you attend your interview Thanks Link to comment
LMurthy
Thanks. No questions asked about Vendor at all. Say the truth. If asked provide letters and supporting docs like Employer to Vendor relationship and Vendor to Client relationship. Please carry all Vendor letters and all the letters should have same duties and your employer name as well as he has control over your work and assignments. I've attended @ Vancouver, Canada.
