myself26 Posted October 28, 2013 Report Posted October 28, 2013 Hello, I just started my 5th year of H1B and my I-140 is approved from my current employer A with Sept 2012 Priority date. Now, I have a better Job offer from Employer B, who is filing my H1B transfer in Premium processing. My 6 years of H1B expires in Sept 2015. How soon should I ask my Employer B to file my GC ? Kindly advise.
