buddy2001 Posted October 28, 2013 Report Posted October 28, 2013 My wife's Visa changed from F2 to F1 through I 539 COS process on October 18th 2013. She has I-20 Start date as January 2013 ( college start date ) but I797A approval notice shows validity start date as December 2014 until D/S. also has wrong Date of birth. I have raised an enquiry in USCIS for Corrections. My question is .Why I-94 start date is from December 2014. Is this an error or correct? If correct, my wife needs to be out of US for one year? Your opinions and suggestions are greatly appreciated.
shekar11# Posted October 28, 2013 Report Posted October 28, 2013 Its a printing error. The will correct it.

buddy2001 Posted November 16, 2013 Author Report Posted November 16, 2013 Shekar, Please let me know by referring to dates. If 12/20/2013 is a mistake or typo error. I wish dates gets changed. I came to know that some university purposefully don't defer and made re apply process. If the typo error based on old I-20 or New I-20 ( re admission )? How do we know? Does it really matter?
