Urgent: going to H1stamping on 29th Oct

Hi All,

 

 I am planning to go for H1 on oct 29th in Hyderabad but the problem for me is I am having different state address on paystub and bankstatements and W2 not the location I work so can any one advise me what to answer with that when a VO asks about it.

Ask your employer about it as he is the one who could give you the best suggestion on how to answer that kind of questions.

See if your LCA/H1B is amended. 

 

If you work from home you need the documentation to support it. If the VO asks you these questions why is everything different your should be able to support your answer. If he VO smells something fishy, 221G is inevitable about Employee employer relation.
