srpbo
Hi All, I'm on H1b with Company A and shifted to Company B (consulting firm) in 2010 for GC processing as I was maxing out H1B. Company B filed Perm on my primary skill set in 2010 and got Perm and I140 approved in 8months. In the consulting world while working at different client location slowly my roles and responsibility changed. Now I got offer from Company C (one of the previous client) on secondary skill set and they are ready to do GC in EB2. Since the skill set is changed and Perm job description will be different can I still do porting to retain my priority date? Thanks Link to comment
