USAVISAH1B Posted October 25, 2013 Report Share Posted October 25, 2013 hello I went along with a friend of mine..VO asked me following questions who is u r employer? what do you do? do you have a client? where is it? what is you highest level of degree? which univ? and she said visa is approved. for my friend who is you employer? client? what do you do? who do you report to? how often you communicate wtih u r employer? dose he pay one time? do you have any issues with u r employer? which univ? what specialization? she said it approved and can collect passport in 3-5 business days and gave a form with information to collect passport.
