Help with L1/F1 Visa Status

Hello,

I have few queries regarding F1/L1 Visa.

Currently I am working with MNC through which I have L1 Visa valid for three years(2013 to 2015) and I will be in US for 3 months (Dec-2013 to Feb-2014).

My concern is I am planning to come to USA for my Master's degree and about to apply for some of  the universities for Fall 2014.i need your suggestions like
 

1.  How it will effect me getting my F1 visa as i already have L1 with me
2.  is there any extra paper work or special requirements.

If your reason for applying to a specific course makes sense and you can pay for the course there is no reason to believe you will not get your visa.
