H1B transfer to new company, with out approval old company?

My previous ‘A’ company reverts back my H1B, after I got the receipt number from ‘B’ company in the month of July’2013. ‘B’ company didn’t process my transfer as premium, due to this still in USICS site my status showing as initial. Here, A & B are consultant companies.  Now, I got fulltime offer from ‘C’ Company. So, my question is without complete ‘B’ company transfer, would ‘C’ Company apply my H1B transfer? If 'C' apply my transfer, will it be effect to my 'B' Company transfer.

You need to get company B's transfer approved before company C can file a transfer

I was in the similar situation. You have to get B's approval to get C's petition approved. C can file now but wont be approved until B's approved.

 

To override this, C can file a fresh petition and you can quit B and go to home country to get visa approved/stamped.

 

I am doing the same.
