sxbru Posted October 23, 2013 Report Posted October 23, 2013 Hi , I am planning to travel to India in November 1st week. My I-94 is on F1 and I got my H1B Approved with Employer A last year. Now I am planning to transfer my H1B to employer B which was filed last week. I wanted to know, 1. if I can travel to India while transfer is in progress. 2. If I can go for stamping on employer B H1B , when it gets approved while I am in India. Really appreciate your help on this.
