Also my company is getting split and my H1B will be transferred to the new company in 1st week of Dec 2013. My job position and location remains the same in the new company but with a change in company name. Any idea when my PERM will be approved? Company is willing to premium process my I-140 in 15 days if it gets approved before 1st week of Nov'2013 If my PERM is not approved till Dec 2013, can it be transferred to the new company?
