employment status for L2 EAD during the L1 transfer

Hi,

 

My wife is working on a L2 EAD.  I am working on a L1.  My company will be bought by a new company soon, and I will be moving on to the new company's L1.  During this time can my wife continue to work on her existing EAD?  Please let me know.
