Parent GC processing time and next steps

Hello Friends

 

I am US Citizen and I have filed I-130 for my Father and Mother for Getting them a Green Card

 

Their Priority date is March 29th, 2013,  I checked their status on USCIS website and all it says '' Initial Review"

 

questions:

 

1. What is going to be the next step?

2. When would be the next step?

3. looking at the priority date, when would they receive their Green Card?

 

I would really appreciate your answers.
