Hello,

I have below query regarding my H1B transfer.

I changed my Employer from A to B( Visa transfer started in regular processing) and started working for client X. While my visa was still in transfer, due to medical reasons i was not able to work for a month.

After 1  month i started working for a new client Y and received an RFE for the visa transfer earlier initiated.

Before joining client Y at new location my employer filed a new H1b ( Amendment). I do have LCA, client letter etc for my new client Y.

My employer is suggesting to go for a premium processing now and asking for investment. Is it advisable to invest processing fee? what are my chances to get it approved?

A quick help will be highly appreciated.

Regards.

What do you mean by investment? H1B processing fee or premium processing fee?

what is this investment??

You can pay Premium processing fee for your H1, and remaining fee has to be taken care by your employer.

Thank you ...i am more concerned about my chances of visa getting approved? any issues in getting it approved?

No one can predict anything. Depends on your employer and your credentials and also documentation. Good luck.
