chenghis
I'm planning to transfer my H1B to another employer. I also would like to transfer my spouse's H4 along with it. How much should be the expense for H4 transfer alone (if any)? I'm aware of H1B transfer fees though Link to comment

bhalc
It depends on lawyer...my lawyer asked me to pay $600 for H4 application...I end up applying by myself. Link to comment
pontevecchio
Look up fees for I-539 in the USCIS site. when does her I94 expire? When does your I94 expire? Link to comment
chenghis
Thanks All. @pontevecchio, Both mine and spouse's I94 expires on 30 Sept 2014 Link to comment
pontevecchio
If you are going to use PP have them do both. If not wait for your receipt and apply for her H4 extension after that. The process is simple. All instructions are provided in the USCIS site. If you are in any way confused, let a Lawyer deal with it. Link to comment
