Question regarding Business Executive program(BEP)

Hi,

 

I am travelling to India in the month of November 2013. I did schedule an appointment myself through a regular process on https://cgifederal.secure.force.com/?language=English&country=India

 

I have generated my DS-160 AA#(Not submitted though) and I have used AA# to schedule an appointment. I already paid money for the interview and scheduled appointments as well

 

Now that my employer says that I need to schedule as BEP and not regular. They also say that they are going to schedule it through BEP, they are going to pay and give me the appointment date.

 

Can I convert that regular process to BEP program? Can I use the same payment receipt for this BEP program?(as it is non refundable)

 

I am not really sure what is BEP and how it works. Can someone please help me?
