sheetalg Posted October 22, 2013 Report Posted October 22, 2013 My company has sent me to USA 2 times for 6-7 weeks each time in year 2013 to attend some meetings. And my current company is planning to sent me again in last week of december for 6-7 weeks on B1 visa to attend some training and then planning to apply L1B visa for me. Does frequent B1 visit could be a problem to get L1 visa approved?
