eb3 vs eb2 future gc

I work for company B(small company) as fulltime and they are starting GC in eb3. Now I was offered by another company C(consulting, small company) and they are willing to do in eb2. (dont know anything abt consulting world)

 

1) Is there any problem to start GC with both at same time frame?

 

2) Does company B get to know about other filling through company A at any stage of green card from uscis?

 

3) I have masters in usa + 3 years of exp in company A(small company) . and currently  2.5 + years with company B

 

4) is there any pay restrictions for eb2 process.

 

5) suggestion on consulting vs fulltime experience during GC process(in general).
