Currently iam on h4 I got a rfe for my h1 application in may 2013 to wich my attorney replied in aug 2013, its been 2+ months now. What are the current processing time for Vermont centre?

I am planning to visit india need some clarification

1. If my application gets approved while I am in India what will be the procedure.

2. If my application gets denied can I travel back on H4

There is a backlog in Vermont Service Center. Expect delays.
