jaseemar Posted October 21, 2013 Report Posted October 21, 2013 Hi All, The work place address section on my LCA has my apartment address. This is a mistake made by the HR in the consultancy. Will this be a problem ? The apartment place is closer to my office.... Please let me know..I have already communicated this to my HR. I don't know what they are gonna do....will they issue a new LCA at this point?

I got a response from my HR that they got new LCA...what is H1 ammendment for..that is only when you change your client right?
