anantatrip
Hi All, I was arrested and convicted of DUI July'2009 and I had done everything as per judgement like 3 months licence invoke, driver intervention classes and fines. Now I am planning to go to India on a vacation on Nov'2013 and need to do H1 stamping. What are the chances of getting the H1 stamping rejected? If delayed in processing then how long? What should I carry with me? It is more than 4 years after that incident, so will they ask me to go for a physical test? Please help. Thanks Link to comment

You might be asked to undergo a medical test. Talk to your employer's immigration attorney Link to comment

Talk to your employer's immigration attorney Thanks Jairichi for your response. I am also hearing about finger printing, i.e. consulate may send my finger prints to FBI and that may also take time. Do you have any suggestion on that front? Link to comment

At POE you might have a second round of interview based on finger printing. But, I am not aware of FBI being involved. Link to comment
nomad2011
You may have passed the 3 year period needed for a Physician's examination. However, you may have a second round of interview at the POE. Link to comment
