apple22 Posted October 21, 2013 Report Share Posted October 21, 2013 I applied for H1 at that time i am working for client A my H1 got approved for 3 years, after that recently oct 10th I moved to Client B. Now i want to go for stamping to Jamaica, do i need to do H1 amendment. Filed New LCA on client B. One my frd told to me if you want to go to jamaica, then don't worry about amendment. is that true....? Link to comment

Truth is, if their is any material changed in your petition then you need amendment. Same rule for any US consulate on earth. Link to comment
