shrih1b Posted October 21, 2013 Report Posted October 21, 2013 Hi, My H1B transfer from A to B is approved on 12 sept 2013. I have also received new I 797 and I 94. Now, i am not satisfied with new job profile(different from promised before joining) which is not matching my 7 Yrs experience . I am thinking of changing job again. I have received more than 3 pay stubs. So, 1. Is it fine if i changed job one more time after 3-4 months of previous change? 2. Will USCI consider and approve my H1B transfer one more time as received last approval just month back 3. I have agreement with new employer, is that valid in USA. Can they do anything if i resign. Please advice. Thanks,
