kamald1607 Posted October 21, 2013 Report Posted October 21, 2013 I have accepted the offer from Company A and signed the employee agreement for the same. Company A has filed the H1B transfer before my i94 expiration date. After 1 week after my i94 expiration, I got another offer from Company B and I felt it is the better offer. So I have accepted and signed the employee agreement for the same. Now Company B has started filing the H1B transfer (bridge petition using my current employer 'Company C'). 1. If I have accepted more than one offer and signed more than one employee agreement , what kind of legal problem i will face? 2. If Company C H1B extension got denied in any case and Company B H1B transfer got approved, What will happen to my status since Company B filing is the bridge petition.

Depends what is there in their agreement. You are just complicating your situation.
