Varaprasad586
Hello All, I have a H1B Stamping Question. I was a Full Time Employee for 'A' company and got H1B stamped on March 2011 with the same Company name and will Expire on Nov 2014. Recently (3 months back), I have changed to NEW Employer got New H1B ( It will expire on JUL 2014, I did not go for stamping after changed my employer). I am going to India this month. My Question is now, Do I need to go for stamping again with my NEW Employer or not ? My Old H1B Status showing like Revoked on SEP 2013 and NEW H1B Has approved on JUL 2013. Please Advice me. Thanks a lot for your help. Thanks,Prasad Link to comment
