I had approved H1B from Oct 1st, 2010 to 2013, which was recently revoked by USCIS in May 2013. I came to India in Dec 2010. I am still in India, I got H4 visa recently And I will reach back to the US on 30th Oct, 2013 on H4 visa. If I look for the employment and get the job and apply for H1B, Do I count in new year's H1B quota or not? Can I apply H1B anytime or I have to wait till 1st April? Can I start my work anytime or I have to wait till 1st Oct? Thanks in Advance... Link to comment
