Can my current or other company file H1B while I am there in USA on B1? 2. My stay on B1 for 3-6 months, Would that reduce the chances of get H1B approved later?

t75 Posted October 18, 2013 Report Posted October 18, 2013 Be vary careful. Work that is permitted on B1 is different than that allowed on H1B. Know what is allowed in both statuses.
