anchittapadia Posted October 18, 2013 Report Posted October 18, 2013 I am working for company A and have accepted an offer from Company B and they have intiated my H1 transfer and I will start working with company B on 4th November. I going to india for my visa stamping on 15th November will there be any issues with my H1 stamping since I wont be having any paystubs from company B and It will only be only 10 days that I worked for company B and went for stamping on their I-797.
ravipro Posted October 18, 2013 Report Posted October 18, 2013 I was in a similar situation but in a EC model and not in a fulltime role. I had issued and was issued a 221g in Chennai. However, having said this, the situation varies from person to person.

I believe you are joining B after H1B petition approval. No issues.

Will it be any issue? Carry latest pay stubs, W2 and all other documents from company A to show that you were on status before joining company B
