Attorney_10 Posted October 20, 2013 Report Posted October 20, 2013 The Department of Labor iCERT system is working again. However, due to high volume the system is running slow with periodic outages. LCA's that were submitted prior to the shutdown are still being processed by DOL and many have not yet been certified.
hicopicobm Posted October 29, 2013 Author Report Posted October 29, 2013 the system seems to be extremely slow and sometimes totally down...my employer couldn't file LCA for me yet due to this...any news when it will be back to normal again? I think many people are on the same boat like me...
