Raj_33 Posted October 17, 2013 Report Posted October 17, 2013 Hi, My Current H1-B is ending on March 31-2014.I need to apply for H1 extension. I've letter from Vendor,But i don't have any letter or document from my Client. But i can get an email from my Client Manager saying as per the HR policies we cannot issue any type of immigration letters. But My Employer is saying we cannot apply for h1 extension with out client letter,Nowadays USCIS is very strict about client letters. Please advice on this.appreciate any advise on this. 1)If i apply for H1-B now in premium processing with the vendor letter.IF h-1 B gets denied..?Will i still be able to work until March 31-2014?then look for another job and apply.? the only reason i'm considering this client is i'v been working here since 2011 and also applied for h1-B amendment which got approved and also attended VISA stamping which i got with out client letter(VO asked me do you client letter i just said No,and showed him the email from my Client Manager). Regards, Raj.

If you have any other additional document to prove that you are working with client include them too.
devankrishna Posted October 18, 2013 Report Posted October 18, 2013 Email from your manager is enough to get your h1extension... Please have appropriate matter in the email and submit it to USCIS with ur h1 extension packet....make sure u put ur h1 extension start date the very next day of your current h1 expiry date.
