Still in RFE response review since 20th Sep 2013 on my H1b case.

Hi guys,

 

Is there anyone who has applied in the (Vermont Service Center) and is in RFE response review stage?

Also does anyone know if VSC is lagging behind in processing or its not at all affected by the government shut-down.

I know from today they have called off the gov shut-down.

I guess we need a discussion specific to issues in processing at VSC. Its a very stressful and a painful wait to get to some decision.

Also would like to know what is the acceptance rate at VSC

 

Any replies would be appreciated greatly.

Hello  potential_H1B_Candidate,

 

I am also on the same boat, so far, I found Vermont is slow in processing and an average time from RFE Review - Decision would be One Month. I never heard of about Shutdown effecting any of the VISA processing rather just New LCA. 

 

Since the shut down has calledoff, we should be expecting the Decision with a month or before too. And regarding Rejection rates - No idea, I hope the Best happens .

 

BTW: From When your Case went to Review Stage ? and its New H1B right?

I dont know how many days it will take

This is my 2nd H1B. Sorry for the delayed response. I hope we get to hear something atleast in the month of November.. Lets keep eachtoher posted here if we here any more updates.
