H1b Transfer

Hi Team.

 

 I Left company A in India and joined Company B at India. I have a Valid H1b (not yet stamped)

 I left employer A on Sept 2nd 2013 and joined B on Sept 6th 2013. Both in India. I am not sure employer A has revoked H1b or  not.

Please explain me steps to transfer H1b to employer B. Also, please tell me if transfer is possible or not.

Employer B has to file a cap exempt petition and on approval you can travel with an unexpired H1B visa and I797 from employer B

your new employer has to initiate your H1B....transfer is possible...basically its a new one.
