Please suggest about experience for GC process.

Hello Gurus,

 

Please help me out . 

 

my present employer is ready to file GC in EB3.Up on my repetitive requests he said ok but i need to show btech +5 yrs experience.

 

 i hold masters degree from UK .without masters degree i have only 4 years of experience . can i show Btech + 5 years not including my masters degree . will it be creating any problem in the future.

 

Will USCIS get to know i did my masters in so and so year .please suggest me how to proceed with the current situation.

 

will there be any problem or RFE on my case if i apply btech with 5 years excluding my masters .

There is a whole slew of problems with the pretext itself.

 

'NO' Lying to USCIS!

 

Plus, since when is having Masters an issue with USCIS ?
