I wanted apply for a premium processing and I wanted to know information on that The only information I found from USCIS website . This indicates that I can apply for premium processing, is there any reason that I cannot apply for premium processing for my H1B1 request? USCIS did not adjust premium processing service for H-1B petitions that are not subject to the cap or any other eligible classification. Let me know if you have any information on this front. Thanks!
