Praveen2013 Posted October 16, 2013 Report Posted October 16, 2013 Recently I have upgraded my H1 B Regular extension to H1 B Premium Processing. My extension is for beyond 6 Yrs. I have PERM and I - 140 Approved. My question is with Govt. shutdown will this impact 15 Days timeline for H1 B Premium Processing. I assume USCIS is functioning normally only Dept. of Labor is closed. My I 94 is going to expire next month. My Status in USCIS is is still showing Initial Review.
