He has a valid H1B stamp on his passport.1. How long does after November second before his legal H1B status expires?2. He is out of status from Novenber,3 unless he applies to change status to say H4 if applicable or B2 or he can discuss his problems with a Lawyer. 2. He can certainly enter on any valid visa like B1/B2 after leaving . He cannot use this H1 visa to come back until a new H1 PETITION IS FILED AND APPROVED. Link to comment
