Answer@sk
Hi Need your suggestions. I got an RFE for my first H1 extension related to Right to control and Maintainenance of initial employee-employer relationship. I was working for a small company they filed my H1 and got approved for an year , then i got a full time oppurtunity at end client location , accepted the offer they filed new H1 and got approval for three years. Then i got fired after 2 weeks. I went to my employer back and then i got paid for all the months. When they applied my H1 extension, I got the above two RFE's. Was this because of going back to the old employer? Please reply, Thanks in advance Link to comment

( I worked at my client location for 2 weeks as FT employee after that i joind back to my old employer) Now joined another client and applied for my H1 extension, its a EVC model. Link to comment

Hmm, you were NOT without job. You have a job with the employer. You may have been without a project, but you need to get paid even on bench! Did you get paid? Link to comment
Answer@sk
yes. I got paid, for all the months that i am with my employer.Except for two weeks , when i was FT employee with client. client paid me for those two weeks. Now for H1 extension RFE, USICS is asking for all the pay stubs for last one year, so 1)Should i need to submit the paystubs from my employer as well as the client (FT position that i worked for 2 weeks) ? 2) If yes, they also asking for offer letter from my current employer, is this the current offer letter when i joined my employer for second time(after getting fired from client FT position)? or the first time when i joined my employer?
