Travel to India While MTR is in process.

Hi All,

 

I am on F1 now and I have valid visa until may2014. I applied for the H1 on Apr2013 and it got denied on sep2013,again I went for MTR to review the denial decission.

can i travel to India for 2-3 weeks in christmas time this year?

 

will it be a problem at POE while MTR is in process? and My school is Ok to travel in vacation period and they said , will give the New I20.

 

Please advise
