catx Posted October 15, 2013 Report Posted October 15, 2013 Yes, the Department of State (DoS) released the November 2013 Visa Bulletin late last week per the normal time frame. No, it was not effected by the government shutdown. (The DoS is responsible for the Visa Bulletin, not the USCIS).
Attorney_15 Posted October 17, 2013 Report Posted October 17, 2013 Visa Bulletin movement or lack of movement depends on the usage of visa numbers and an estimation of how much might get used. So, movement is likely to be slower in situations when Department of State sees more demand.
