Paycheck Vs LCA Please Help

I am going to stamping in November  Consulate :Vancouver

 

My current Situation: Working in EC Model

 

H-1B Start Date: OCT 1st 2013

LCA Filled: NC

Client Location: NC

Currently Staying: NC {Address "A"}

Driver's License: NC  {Address "A"}

 

Paycheck: IL (Paying state Tax to IL)

Employer Location: IL

 

Could you please tell me is it safe to go to stamping?

 

What should i answer if VO asks me about my Paycheck's why are you paying taxes in IL if you are staying in NC and your client is in NC?

As you have time it's better to change paycheck to NC, else you might need to justify this situation with some answer like you are working from IL or any suitable answer.
