Orignal Birth Certificate, when returned?

Hello All

 

First Question

 

I have received the email from NVC to submit the original Birth Certificate & PCC, I was just wondering when this certificates will be returned back, My PD is June 2010, And it will take another 2 to 3 years to reach that date.

 

Second Question

 

Also this certificates are in Regional language, not in English. Initially I sent them the noterized translations. Do I have to send the originals only this time?
