Expired H1B transfer to new employer..!

Hi All,

 

Please let me know if I can transfer my expired H1 to new employer. find below my details and help me out.

 

 

I have got h1 in 2008 and it got expired in 2011. But I was in India so never used it and even I did not went for visa stamping.

 

Now I'm on L1b visa in USA and applied for an extension, but not sure i'm going to get that or not. So I want to make use of my expired H1 and use it to get new employement.

 

Please suggest me Is there any posibility to get me a trasfer based on my Expired H1. If so please let me know the process.

It is possible. Please schedule an appointment with the firm of Murthy or any of your choice to get the details. Alternatively let the new employer deal with it by filing a non cap H1 petition with COS to H1 for you.

Thank you for spreading your knowledge and helping others, it is very greatfull. Could you please also provide any suggestions to my topic (

pay in paystubs in double the pay mentioned in lca, will that be any problem?)

in H1 b visa stamp forum.

 

I see people are saying it should not be issue, some people are also suggesting to file new lca, but with govt shutdown, lca processing are not happening, but I am planning on going to interview on oct 29. could you please provide your recommendations on this, do you recomend me to postpone my visa date and file for new lca and then go for visa appt?
