H1Bpptransfer Posted October 10, 2013 Report Posted October 10, 2013 I have applied for H1B transfer to California service center. My current status shows On September 26, 2013, the 15-day Premium Processing clock stopped on your I129, PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER. Does it take so long? What could be the reason for stopping clock for long time?
vasanth83 Posted October 15, 2013 Report Posted October 15, 2013 Same here.. I changed my employer and My current status is PP has been stopped , I called the USCIS customer care (options 1 1 1 1) for my case status , it says that they have sent I797 ( not sure what I797 it is..) and I have also registered for email alerts and I am sure that I did not receive any status on my case went to RFE and back to initial status. Fingers crossed , it been more than 6 hours that my case is moved to Initial Review from acceptance and clock has been stopped.. Hope things go well and will keep you all posted soon..
