-My previous H1 petition is valid until Feb 02, 2014, but it isn't stamped yet.
-Recently filed for H1 extension and received an RFE on Oct 08, 2013.
-I have to travel to India Oct 25, 2013 due to a personal reason.
-Can I get my previous H1 stamped (valid until Feb 02, 2014), while my extension is in RFE?

-Inorder to go through stamping, my petition should have a validity of minimum 3 months, True?

Please advice.

Yes, you can go for stamping.
