Ramlal1 Posted October 9, 2013 Report Posted October 9, 2013 Hi, I joined a company in India in 2010 and was working as a team lead/manager. I was then transferred by that company to it's US head office after 1 yr. I have been working here as a Manager since then. Do I qualify for EB1 as an international manager? I have only seen people applying to it after L1A. Not sure if my being on H1b will be an issue. Also, I completed 3 years with the company in May 2013. Is this also a deal breaker. Thank you.
