PERM started- New client with same employer

Hello guys, 

 

this is my 1st question and new to this forum also. Hope i get your valuable replies.

My perm is filed in June 2013. my question: can i change my client, location, state at this moment? with keeping the priority date and perm valid for GC process. I want to change my client because of rate. but, i will be with same consultancy company because GC started. 

If no, at what stage, i can shift my client (not my company)

You can surely change the Client..that doesnt affect your PERM/GC process.

You can change your client at ANY time. It's not way related to your PERM.
